Safety in shows

Please see below for our current covid safety measures. This is so we can keep improv fun while also keeping safety in our classes and shows. We will also be able to adjust month by month and bring in additional changes if needed.

Please don’t come to a show if you have symptoms

Please remember to not come to a show if you have any of these symptoms:

  • High temperature or fever.
  • A new, continuous cough.
  • A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
  • Body aches.
  • Runny nose and sneezing.

Please test regularly

Please test regularly if you can. We suggest testing on the day of the show.

If you have symptoms or test positive please do not come in to shows for the recommended amount of time.

Reduced Audience Size

Our original audience capacity was 80+. We have reduced our audience capacity to 45 for over a year and will continue to do that until at least June 2022. This is so we can have 1m+ distancing in the venue and create a safer atmosphere. We’ve introduced cabaret style tabled seating and it’s still a really fun night out.

Improved Cleaning

The venue including all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after shows.

Improved Ventilation

Air conditioning uses external air instead of recycled air. We also have windows and doors open to improve ventilation.

Online Booking

All show tickets are booked online, to manage audience capacity and to prevent queues and overcrowding at box office.

Booking Flexibility

We are giving you full flexibility on all bookings, past, present and future.

Track and Trace

Our track and trace is covered by your online booking.

Other Notes

All of our events are too small for the Covid Pass so we will not be using this unless this becomes a legal requirement for venues below 500 people. We will not be asking for vaccine status unless we legally have to, as we feel the testing and other measures above are a better measure of safety in shows.

In the earlier stages of the pandemic we also had temperature checks on the door, social distancing on stage (first 2m then 1m+) and even lower audience sizes. We’re not currently doing these but they can be rolled back if needed.

Awesome Shows!

We’re bringing back awesome shows in a brand new cabaret setting! There will be less people there each evening, but we’re aiming to give you the best night ever.
