Safety in shows

We’re currently doing the following things during our real-life shows to keep everyone safe. These may be relaxed as the year goes on following further advice from The Department of Culture, Media and Sport.

Reduced Audience Size

We are reducing our audience capacity to mean we can maintain 2m social distancing.

Table Seating

The surprised benefit of social distancing – you now have a table to put your drink! Households/bubbles/groups that book together can be seated together. Drinks and food can be ordered on our app (details will be on each table).

Improved Cleaning

Venue including all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before shows and in between shows.

Improved Ventilation

The windows and doors are open to have constant fresh air flowing around your improv. Any air conditioning uses external air instead of recycled air.

Hand Washing Facilities

Hand washing facilities at box office, shared areas and toilet areas.

Online Booking

All show tickets are booked online only, to manage audience capacity and to prevent queues and overcrowding at box office. There will be no cash sales or tickets available on the night.

Booking Flexibility

We are giving you full flexibility on all bookings, past, present and future.

Physically Distanced

Changes to venue layout and capacity mean everyone can stay 1m+ apart at all times.

Face Coverings

Please wear face coverings when moving around the venue until seated at your table.

Awesome Shows!

We might be socially distanced, but we’re bringing back awesome shows in a brand new cabaret setting! There will be less people there each evening, but we’re aiming to give you the best night ever.
