Back for one date only in 2024! Saturday 27th July 2024, with optional picnic social after the workshops.
Fun and playful improv workshops outside in the fresh air.
We will be using the natural landscape, fresh air and increased space to inspire new games, scenes and exercises.
Explore entire fields and woods in character! Have a huge amount of space for physical play! Incorporate that tree into your scenework!

Wet weather plans?
This is England so please bring clothes for all weathers.
We will be running the sessions no matter what the weather, even if it’s just playing a game by ourselves in the rain, so please dress appropriately.

How big is the class size?
Average of 12 people, maximum of 16.
Who is this suitable for?
All levels of improvisers welcome, if you are totally new to improv it is best to do the short-form themes on this page or with our Improv Taster Day workshops online.
Do I need previous improv experience?
If you are totally new to improv it is best to try out the short-form themes on this page or try one our taster days. The long-form and scenes workshops are more suited to people with previous experience.
What do I need to bring?
Clothes you are happy moving around in and clothes for all weathers. You may also want to bring along water, food and a cushion or rug to sit on if you'd like to stay for the picnic social afterwards, but those are all optional.
Can I change my booking to a different date?
No, we're just doing this date for Parkprov for this year as all of our indoor workshops are up and running again now.
How will I find you in the park?
The address and map are on this page. We will also email everyone a reminder the day before the workshop. If you can't find us contact us (details on the email) and we'll send you a live WhatsApp location link.
How do I find you if I'm running late?
If you are running late just call us (number will be on the email we send you the day before) and we can whatsapp you a live location tracker that shows you where we are in real-time.
What happens if it rains?
We will be running the workshops no matter what the weather so please dress appropriately.
Will I feel self-concious doing improv in the park?
We will choose a spot that's out of the way, and there tends to be other classes running in the parks like exercises classes and dance.
Are there toilets?
Yes at the nearby Serpentine Cafe and also public toilets nearby at various locations in the park.
