Jump Rope
Description
A circle game. One person gets eye contact with the person one-away to their right. They both clap low down to the ground at the same time. As they do this, the person in the middle of them jumps in the air as if they are swinging a rope under them. The person that just jumped now initiates the next clap with the person one-away to their right. It continues this way around the circle. When people get into the rhythm, add the option of clapping above them instead of below in which case the middle person will duck instead of jumping as if the rope were passing over their head. When they have these two moves, allow the person that has jumped or ducked to choose which direction the next clap goes in and whether it is up high or down low.
