I’ve Got a Word That Rhymes With…

Description

One person stands in the middle of the circle. They secretly choose a word. They choose a word that rhymes with their secret word and declare this out loud.

[if their secret word was fox]

“I’ve got a word that rhymes with locks”

Anyone on the outside of the circle can make guesses, but not directly offer a word, like this:

“Is it what someone does to shelves in a supermarket?”

The player would answer:

“No, it’s not ‘stocks’” (or just ‘no’ if they don’t know what the guesser was going for)

“Is it something children build with?”

“No, it’s not blocks”

Etc, until someone guesses the right word. Then it’s their go to have a secret word in the middle.
