Day in the Life
Description
Performers do a collection of scenes that re-enact an average day in the life of an audience member based on an audience interview.
Show Introduction
“This next game is called Day in the Life, where our improvisers will re-enact a day in the life of a member of this lovely audience. Could we have a volunteer from the audience, please? Great! Could you come on stage please? Let’s give them a big round on applause ”
Additional Tips for Playing
- Have an idea about what you are going to ask in the interview.
- Make the interviewee feel like a ROCKSTAR!
- Decide beforehand how long is the maximum time for the interview, so it doesn’t eat too much into your playing time.
- There are many ways to choose an interviewee, maybe you ask the audience to shout out the weirdest job they ever had or find out their hobbies etc. Find the most fun way for your show.
