Have everyone place a chair somewhere in the room; all facing in different directions and evenly spaced out.
One person gets out of their chair and starts from the other end of the room.
They must sit in the one empty chair, but they can only move with their knees locked together which slows them down (which looks a bit like a penguin walking).
The job of everyone else is to stop them sitting in the empty chair by getting there first. Once you have left your chair, you are not allowed to return to the same one.
Different chairs become empty as everyone moves around the room, and the penguin player is trying to sit on any of them.
When the penguin player gets to an empty chair they sit in before someone else does.
Then someone else becomes penguin and the game starts again.
