Meditation to scenes

  1. Two people on stage. Sat facing each other at any distance.
  2. They close their eyes.
  3. Music is played.
  4. While the music is played they connect to how they feel in the present moment.
  5. They allow that emotion to increase.
  6. Their body may start to match that feeling.
  7. When the music fades down the scene begins.
  8. They channel the feeling from the music into the scene.
