bodyprov!

Movement for improvisers.

BodyProv is about getting comfortable with your body and how it can work for you and with you in improv using culturally diverse music & movement, games and scene work to maximise your choices and enjoy working with your body on stage.

We’ll start by taking you through some basic wellness techniques to get you into your body and progressively build towards creating and holding space with your physicality in a fun way through games, jams and scenes.

We’ll go on to deepen the dialogue between body and mind to deepen and maximise your physical choices so they stand out and culminate in clear physical offers that everyone loves to run with.

Finally we’ll fuse character work and physicality and blur the lines between movement and dance, so you can fully incarnate a character and lead with your body to a professional standard without thinking about it.

Suitable for all levels, no previous experience needed.
