What We Do

We start with some friendly warm-ups before doing some fun exercises on one of the core areas of impro like listening, building on each other’s ideas, character, narrative and scene work. In the second half we tend to open it up so you get to put some of these skills into practice and have some fun improvising scenes, stories and sketches.

Suitable for All

The workshop is open to all. It is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced performers as we modify the themes, topics, games and exercises on the day.

We get people from all backgrounds at our workshops as they’re a great place to have fun at the weekend and do all the fun bits of drama and impro without the commitment of regular rehearsals or learning lines.

You don’t need any drama, acting, comedy or impro experience whatsoever. You don’t have to be clever, fast or funny.
